Background

Hi I am Nicole! A little background about me is I have 4 years of experience working as a personal trainer and a strong passion for health and fitness, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all kinds and goals. Throughout my journey, I’ve supported individuals in achieving body transformations, improving longevity, rehabilitating injuries, enhancing sport performance, and reaching highly specific, specialized goals.

With a background in Kinesiology and over 12 years of competitive soccer experience, including playing semi-professionally in Canada, I combine scientific, evidence-based methods with real-world athletic experience to design personalized programs tailored to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to help every client move better, get stronger, and reach their highest potential—no matter where they’re starting from.

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT)

  • 4+ Years Experience as a Personal Trainer

  • Certified Nutrition Coach - PN1

  • 12+ Years Competitive Soccer Experience – including Semi-Professional Level in Canada
